Objective: To observe and assess the therapeutic effect of the therapeutics to mixed hemorrhoids with the treatment operation of anal cushion suspension plus sclerotherapy.Methods: The 100 cases ofⅢ-Ⅳtags mixed hemorrhoids were randomly dividedinto trials group and controlled group.50 cases in trials group received the anal cushion suspension plus sclerotherapy, 50 cases in controlled group received the external dissection and internal ligation procedure. Observe the postoperative pain of last - time, the bleeding rate, the edema of the surgical wound, the infection rate, the retention of urine, the hospitalization duration, the anal dysfunction and the relapse rate in xix months. The relative results were calculated statistically with SPSS 13.0 software. Statistical significance was accepted as the P value less than 0.05.Results: The scores of postoperative complications were much lower in trials groupthan the controlled group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain of last - time, the bleeding rate, the edema of the surgical wound and the infection rate were smaller in the trials group than the controlled group (P<0. 05) ;The therapeutic effect indexes such as the healing time, the assessment of anal function, the trials group is superior to the controlled group significantly(P<0. 05).There was no difference between the two groups in the rate of the retention of urine, the anal dysfunction , the relapse rate in xix months follow up and the curative rate (P>0. 05) .Conclusion: The treatment operation of anal cushion suspension plus sclerotherapyis a reasonable way to treatⅢ-Ⅳtags mixed hemorrhoids with quick healing and less complication. It could not only prevent the mixed hemorrhoids, but also protect the anal function; it is simple, effect, and easy to clinicalization.
