Objective: To investigate serum hsCRP , IL - 6 , TNF - alpha and renin , angiotensin II level in the incidence of atrial fibrillation and maintenance of the changes and significance . Methods: The patients with atrial fibrillation , 69 cases were divided into three groups , paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group of 27 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation group of 19 cases, 21 cases of permanent atrial fibrillation group of 23 patients in the control group ( sinus rhythm ) . Detected by ELISA serum hsCRP , IL - 6 , TNF-alpha and renin , angiotensin II expression levels , simultaneous measurement of all patients with left atrial anteroposterior diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction . Results: paroxysmal atrial fibrillation , persistent atrial fibrillation group , permanent AF group serum hsCRP , IL - 6 , TNF-alpha , renin , angiotensin II level with the control group were significantly higher , the difference statistically significant ( P < 0.01 ) . Persistent and permanent AF serum hsCRP , IL - 6 , TNF-alpha , renin , angiotensin II water was higher than that of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group , the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.01 ) . Persistent AF and permanent AF group , the difference between the non - significant ( p > 0.05 ) ; persistent atrial fibrillation group , permanent atrial fibrillation Group left atrial anteroposterior diameter increased significantly , with the sinus rhythm group difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.01 ) ; paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and sinus rhythm group , although the anteroposterior diameter of the left atrium increases , but the difference was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion: patients with atrial fibrillation hsCRP , IL - 6 , TNF - alpha and renin , angiotensin II level was significantly higher , suggesting that the inflammatory response and activation of the RAAS system to promote the occurrence of atrial fibrillation and sustained .
