Objective: To observe the licorice Ginseng Hop efficacy of omeprazole on peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in hemorrhagic shock patients , in order to play to the characteristics and advantages of the Integrative Medicine Intensive . Methods: both meet the diagnostic criteria for peptic ulcer and hemorrhagic shock , and consistent with hematemesis melena off the gas with the blood type Diagnostic Criteria cases were randomly divided into two groups , were given basic treatment , another study group received a licorice Ginseng together omeprazole , control group given only omeprazole . Both groups were treated for 7 days. Observation of body temperature , heart rate , blood pressure , breathing , bowel , consciousness , urine output , hemoglobin values ??, red blood cell count , blood urea nitrogen content , fecal occult blood test , and scores of TCM efficacy endpoint . Results: the overall efficacy of the test group than the control group ( P <0.05 ) , shorter than the time required for the control group and the test group hemostatic time and TCM symptoms improved, in stable condition , etc. , were statistically significant . Conclusion: This study shows that the Integrative Medicine program has good clinical efficacy in promoting hemostasis , improve symptoms better than Western medicine treatment alone , that has certain advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated by hemorrhagic shock , also proved the TCM Qi and blood uptake theory scientific and practical .
