Abstract

Objective: Graduate ginger and chili mixed extract antiemetic effect and to explore the possible synergistic antiemetic mechanism aimed at the traditional ingredients developed for low toxicity and effective natural new drugs. Method: 1. Purchase high-quality high concentrations of ginger extract (the main component gingerol) and hot pepper extract (the main ingredient capsaicin). Successfully established rat iso addicted vomiting model, rats were randomized (six per group), cisplatin, apomorphine, rotating stimulus, the determination of the amount of rat kaolin pica observed mixture in rats exclusive addicted antiemetic effect on vomiting model. 3 on the basis of the model has been successfully established mink vomiting the mink randomly grouped (6 per group), were given different amounts of the extract mixture and the positive control drug, antiemetic effect observed after treatment mixture of mink. Using hematoxylin - eosin (HE) staining, making cisplatin group and the control group of rats gastric parietal organizations generally pathological observation stomach muscle bleeding. Using immunohistochemical determination of cis-platinum group and control group rats antrum tissue content of substance P (substance P), to observe whether the expression of SP to the test while preliminary observations gingerol and capsaicin with or without synergistic effect. Results: 1. Cisplatin (3.0 mg · kg -1 , ip), apomorphine (3.2 mg · kg -1 , sc) and rotation (100 r · min -1 , 1h) rats pica can cause vomiting behavior, compared with the control group, P <0.01. 2. inhibit cisplatin, apomorphine rotation due to rats iso addicted to the amount of kaolin (P <0.05). 3 the ginger extract (Gingerols) pepper extract (capsaicin) mixture can fight emetic cis-platinum (PDD), apomorphine, copper sulfate and vomiting due to motion sickness in mink and its latency, average The frequency of vomiting and retching times were decreased compared with the control group, P <0.05. 4. rat gastric wall biopsy revealed a mixture of the various confrontations groups stomach muscle bleeding less, compared with the control group, the high-dose group significantly reduced the amount of bleeding prove both has a certain protective effect of gastric mucosa. Immunohistochemistry results showed that, compared with the positive group, the SP positive reaction of the nerve fibers in the the medication group antral muscularis weak and light brown particles coloring. Conclusion: 1. Successful establish the rat pica vomiting model and prove that the mixture of ginger and pepper extracts inhibited its pica behavior, can protect the gastric mucosa from a certain extent. 2 extracts of ginger and chili mixture and anti-vomiting vomiting model of mink. 3. Mixture synergistic anti-vomiting mechanism may be regulating neurotransmitter substance P and 5-HT.
