Abstract


Objective: amygdala stimulation model to study acupuncture and succinic just lit . Observed on the model of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine succinate kindling model , looking extinguish ignited to provide experimental evidence for acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine for the psychiatric ignited the prevention and treatment of the disease . Methods: Rat Model Select Ojo ( DU14 ) 10 days after acupuncture , daily acupuncture and electrical stimulation of the right amygdala of the time . Observed set of Racine 's classification and after discharge schedule ( ADD ) . Take kindled rats , 10 days for a course the acupuncture Dazhui , a total of three courses , comparing different treatment Racine's classification and ADD before acupuncture . And use the model to study the role of succinic acid on the electrical stimulation of the ignition process , kindling after intraperitoneal injection and gavage two delivery methods , determination of different doses of succinic acid under ADT , Racine 's classification and ADD medication before the comparison . Results : The simulation the kindling process ADD acupuncture had no effect ( P > 0.05 ) , but acupuncture can reduce ignite the kindling process ADD, reduce Ⅰ to class II response ADD ( P < 0.01 ) ; needle the thorn Ojo delay ignited effects I to class V appeared ( P < 0.01 ) . The kindling , acupuncture Ojo can only reduce the third course of ADD ( P < 0.05 ) . Succinate 100 mg · kg -1 < / sup > intraperitoneal injection can not be delayed rats V. - level attacks and ADD no effect ( P > 0.05 ) . 50 mg · kg -1 < / sup > to 400mg · kg -1 < / sup > intraperitoneal injection of a dose-dependent inhibition threshold stimulation the amygdala kindling attack , elevated ADT reduce the onset of Racine's classification . Succinate orally 600mg · kg . -1 < / Sup > to 900 mg · kg -1 < / sup > can be shortened the kindled rats ADD ( P < 0.05 ) , reduce Racine's grading ( P < 0.01 ) . Conclusion: This study showed that acupuncture can delay the ignition process and succinic acid anti - ignited with the ancient records of Chinese medicine amber sedative effect coincide .
