Abstract


With China’s large-scale development of civil aviation and the gradual establishment of market economy, air traffic control operational security is facing more severe forms and tests, air traffic control safety messages during the operation flow of information, low efficiency, the increasing scope and narrow became prominent issue, it is necessary to empty the current security information management information supply process for a system of analysis, and application of modern information technology to re-design and planning of the entire air traffic control information collection and sharing of security information flow.This branch of the civil aviation air traffic control in Guizhou current security status of information collection and sharing of analysis for the presence of existing, proposed ATC information system security information collection, the theoretical framework and design patterns, but also for security information acquisition system collected the contents of security information object specification and description of the study, and finally security information collection and management information system to make a concrete realization of analysis and information collection module for the safety of equipment to complete the detailed design and implementation work for the follow-up to the Civil Aviation Guizhou branch further for ATC personnel, environment and other safety information collection of information work, laying a foundation.This paper begins by studying the plight of the ATC start of the current air traffic control faced by the security information-sharing problems in machines that need the help of advanced management concepts and methods, in particular, advanced information technology to share the safety information gathering re-construction and integration process.Subsequently, this paper ATC information system security information collection, the theoretical framework and design patterns were studied. By analyzing the information management system and the theoretical basis of application of information technology, advanced information technology that help to build EJB components based on J2EE technology platform and the security of information collection, information systems, air traffic control can improve the level of security information management. Finally, air traffic control equipment security through information collection module design and implementation of a detailed analysis and description of the equipment safety information acquisition subsystem features of each specific function modules, database building, EJB technology, practical applications are introduced and instructions made by the relevant testing methods and a description and analysis.
