Abstract


Objective:To discuss the relativity between types of Syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis and types of X-ray phases,PLT,we aim to improve the clinical differential diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and to promote the study of Chinese medicine diagnosis.Methods:Refer to Directions of new drugs clinical(try out)2003,we collected 125 rheumatoid arthritis patients.Refer to Directions of new drugs clinical research(try out)2003,two intermedia professional title doctors did differentiation of symptoms and signs,and come to a conclusion.At the same time we collected the X-ray phases and PLT results.We analyzed the relativifies between X-ray phases,PLT and the clinical differential diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.Results:1.Types of X-ray phases of five Syndrome are mainly concentrated in stageⅡand stageⅢ,a total of 63.2%.StageⅠis seen in Damp-heat retension,stageⅡandⅢare usuaraUy seen in cold and dampness retension,stageⅢis seen rare-Shenqi Taeatment,fiver and kidney and blood stasis congest-to-PhaseⅣfor more,and the pathological changes with increasing X-ray,has shown an increasing trend.2.PLT of Damp-heat retension and Damp-cold retension arc higher than Shenqi Taeatment,liver and kidney and blood stasis congesting-type.Conelusion:1.Type of X-ray phases would be a referent index of diagnosing the syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis.2.PLT would be a referent index of diagnosing the syndrome of Damp-heat retension and Damp-cold retension.
