Abstract


Objective: To observe the fat Capsule efficacy and safety of treatment of hyperlipidemia ( liver and kidney certificate ) . Method: collected from the outpatient and inpatient department of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Department of Cardiology, the patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups of 2 groups of 120 patients met the diagnostic criteria of hyperlipidemia liver and kidney license . Test group was treated with lipid capsules, the control group the oral Zhimaikang capsule treatment for 4 weeks , observed symptom scores before and after treatment , and related inspection changes . Results : ( 1 ) fat SQC group lipid total effective rate was 51.72% , total effective rate of 49.15% Zhimaikang capsule group of lipid ; therapy after two sets of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride the cool ( TG ) , and atherogenic index (AI) (TC-HDL-C/HDL-C) The statistical analysis differences significant ( P > 0.05 ) , the two groups of lipid lowering total efficiency and regulation on the treatment of blood lipids individual indicators fat SQC group of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher compared with the control group, a statistically significant ; syndrome score ( 2) treatment by statistical analysis between the two groups was not significant significance (P> 0.05), and in improving liver and kidney certificate , fat SQC group similar to the the fat veins capsule group efficacy . ( 3) during treatment with two sets of blood , urine, stool routine , liver and renal function did not occur any adverse effects , no adverse events occurred . Conclusion : Zhi Qing the capsule and Zhimaikang capsule , in regulating blood lipids role similar to and in increased high - density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) , relatively safe.
