Abstract


Objective: To observe Tongxieyaofang party together Pinellia Xie Xin Tang clinical efficacy of the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome , and to explore its mechanism from both theoretical and clinical research system . Methods : application Tongxieyaofang square together Banxiaxiexin Decoction in basic prescription for the treatment of 34 cases of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and subtraction with the card based on the symptoms , the treatments are one month before and after treatment , clinical symptoms and quality of life , observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome . Results: The total effective rate of 94.11% . Clinical symptoms and quality of life after treatment were significantly increased ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion: Tong Xie Yao Fang merger Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang can effectively improve the diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome patient's quality of life and clinical symptoms .
