Abstract


Objective To understand the personality of the undergraduate nursing; explore the good grades What is the difference between the poor academic performance of nursing students personality, and then understand with what personality traits nursing students in nursing professional learning in a better performance, more discipline advantage . Individualized nursing educators cultivate talents of high-quality care and guidance of nursing students according to their own personality to take learning methods provide a scientific basis for nursing professional features. Method of cluster sampling, the Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire survey of Qingdao University of Nursing, Chinese and Environmental Science of three professional end specialty studying 327 undergraduate students, and were extracted three majors each 8 academic performance of the main door professional courses. Data applications SPSS11.5 statistical package for analysis and processing, the t test was used to analyze the personality of Nursing students, the use of multiple stepwise regression analysis to analyze the relationship between the professional student achievement and personality. Results ① Nursing Chinese Environmental Science majors personality score comparison, in the warmth, sophistication, self-discipline, sensitivity, suspiciousness, and independence of the six major personality factors and cowardice, decisiveness, and create the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); ② affect Nursing students get good grades in learning gregarious personality, perseverance, the courage for sex and self-discipline (on the force two secondary personality factors P <0.05); personality traits that affect Chinese students get good grades intelligence, perseverance (P <0.05); impact of environmental science students to get good grades personality aggressiveness, and perseverance, the courage and sensitivity (P <0.05). (3) with poor academic performance of nursing students group nursing professional achievement in the warmth, aggressiveness, sexual dare to self-discipline four major personality factors and within extraversion, in the new environment, the ability to grow two times The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) on the score of the level personality factors. Conclusion ① nursing students personality has its particularity, overall personality presents Warmth, high sophistication, high self-discipline, low sensitivity, low suspicion, low independence, and cowardice, lack of creativity trend. ② certain personality traits affect student achievement, there are different personality traits affect different students get good grades both generality. Common personality traits of three professional students good grades immutability. The ③ nursing professional achievement, poor academic performance of students personality differences. The Personality of nursing students in good academic groups exhibit high warmth, high dare, high self-discipline, low aggressiveness, and character camber, the trend of strong growth in the new environment.
