Abstract


Objective: investigation attachment phase of nursing students ethical behavior performance and investigate the relevant factors, providing reference for the the ethical quality training and clinical practice of nursing students in the effective teaching. Methods: Using a homemade ethical behavior questionnaire, conducted a questionnaire survey of two college nursing professional 347 undergraduate graduation internship stage in Shandong province, specialist, Undergraduate nursing students. Questionnaire by expert validation good face validity, content validity index CVI 0.94, test-retest reliability was 0.93, internal consistency reliability Cronbach'sα coefficient of 0.873. SPSS12.0 statistical software for data processing applications for statistical analysis. Statistical methods included: statistical description, paired t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression. Results: The results of the statistical description: ① nursing students ethical behavior overall score of 151.19 ± 14.15; each dimension score high to low Sort: fairness, respect, prudence, Cautiousness, emotional; (2) with a teaching teachers to teach behavior total score of 151.38 ± 21.42; each dimension sorted score high to low: prudence, justice, Cautiousness, respect, emotional; (3) the nurses ethical and moral behavior total score of 143.70 ± 20.23; each dimension score: justice, prudence, Cautiousness, respect, emotional. Using a paired t-test comparing nursing students ethical behavior and standards of behavior, teaching teachers to teach behavior and standard behavior, the nurses ethical behavior and standard behavior, teaching teachers to teach behavior and nurses ethical behavior difference four groups compare results were statistically significant, there is a gap. Using t-test and ANOVA analysis comparing different schools, different degree nursing students ethical behavior, the results were not statistically significant. Person relevant to determine the factors related to the ethics of the nursing students. Including: exemplary role of the nurse group (r = 0.730), the professor teaching the teachers (r = 0.605), behavioral demonstration with the contradictions between verbal demonstration (r = -0.124), model behavior and standards of behavior is not completely consistent ( r = -0.730), nursing students age (r = -0.119). Stepwise regression to determine the ethics of the nursing students the main influencing factors, including: the exemplary role of the nurse groups, teaching professor of teacher and nursing students age three explained 54.2% of the total variance. Conclusion: The nursing students ethical status quo can not be optimistic about the various dimensions and total score gaps with the standard behavior, and ethical behavior of nursing students practice the existence focused nature. Emphasis on rules and regulations and legal provisions, repeatedly emphasized in the teaching process, behavior inadvertently lead to serious consequences and easy to see the behavior; easy to overlook the less emphasis consequences not easily observed and belong to the personal supervision of the ethical line. Behavior of the nurses group demonstration with education teachers verbal demonstration, behavioral demonstration with the contradictions between verbal demonstration, behavioral demonstration and standards of behavior are not entirely consistent, nursing students age was correlated with the ethical behavior of nursing students. Among them, the The nurses group behavior demonstrates that teachers' verbal teaching demonstration age nursing students and nursing students ethical behavior of a causal relationship.
