Abstract

Objective: To investigate the Chengdu Plain, part of the hospital maternal the anorectal disease prevalence analyze all ages maternal morbidity during pregnancy and after delivery , anorectal disease the level and severity of symptoms difference ; analysis of maternal pregnancies , number of abortions , eating habits , occupation and other factors associated with anorectal diseases and their strength of correlation . Methods : through a questionnaire survey to collect 213 maternal the anorectal disease prevalence situation of all ages maternal anorectal disease prevalence , incidence , and the incidence of anorectal diseases during pregnancy , progesterone the anorectal disease after aggravating circumstance non-parametric tests do a single set of data on pregnant women and women after childbirth anorectal diseases law , the influencing factors and the effect of the size of the to do logistic dichotomous outcomes and linear regression analysis . Results: 213 maternal data analysis , and found a total of 136 pregnant women suffering from anorectal disease , total prevalence rate of 63.85% : 15.97% before pregnancy has been suffering from anorectal disease after pregnancy or postpartum anorectal disease The incidence rate of 56.98% . 26-30 year-old maternal incidence up to as high as 74.42% . The highest incidence rates of 8-10 months after pregnancy , to 78.84% : Second pregnancy after one month , to 76.19 percent . Found that pre-pregnancy maternal 70.59% of pregnant women in pregnant or postpartum its anorectal diseases aggravated with anorectal disease . During pregnancy and after childbirth the month women anorectal disease symptoms anal pain is most obvious , followed by anal itching . Found in the analysis of this survey , the time of pregnancy , drinking , eating spicy food , mode of delivery are important factors for pregnant or maternal anorectal disease causing and aggravating . Conclusion : The investigation involved the Chengdu Plain in more developed regions and underdeveloped areas , the overall level of the representative of the Chengdu Plain . The Chengdu Plain maternal anorectal high prevalence of the disease , a high incidence , and maternal age , pregnancy, child birth , is closely related . By logistic regression analysis found that the time of pregnancy , drinking , eating spicy food , are caused or aggravated the important factors of maternal anorectal disease , mode of delivery factors affect the prevalence of maternal anorectal diseases . Chengdu Plain pregnancy and postpartum women in anorectal more health problems , the relevant departments should pay sufficient attention .
