Abstract


This paper from the forefront of the latest results of the domestic and international cultural heritage researches, mainly study on the following aspects of Changsha Tongguan Kiln cultural heritage protection and development strategies.Through the definition of the cultural heritage, we analyze the elementary theories and the policies of the cultural heritage protection and development, and it is not only a practice question, but also a realistic theory question.We mainly analyze the three major schools of the heritage protection theories such as the France Sent, the British Camp, and the Italy Sent, and study on the "Repairing the old as the old" heritage protection theory and the protection of stratification theory of China. We study on the policy and legislative history of the cultural heritage protection, and explain these policies such as the combination of the national and local legislations, the multi-channel funding policies and the museum protection and the protection of the siteFrom the situations and problems analysis of the protection and development of Changsha Tongguan Kiln, the performances of these problems mainly include the site area to narrow, the primary damage to the environment, the serious cultural accumulation, the backward of the site infrastructure. And we analyze the main causes of the protection and development problems of Changsha Tongguan Kim.Address these problems, and it is very necessary for the protection of cultural heritage at home and abroad with more experience in the development of research, including to study on the protection and development of the cultural heritage experience with the analysis of reference as the United States, EU countries, Mexico, and Cixi Yue Kiln in Zhejiang Province, Foshan Shiwan Kiln in Guangdong Province. The protection and development of Changsha Tongguan Kiln cultural heritage should adhere to these ideas including the overall protection, in situ conservation, minimum interference protection, the combination of the protection and development and graded basic management, and so on. We should establish and improve related policies and legal system, and to enhance the integration of the site development with Changsha Tongguan Kim ceramic industry, and to strengthen the construction of infrastructure and public services, to increase inputs, to establish an effective monitoring mechanism to assess, and to implement the protection and development strategy mode of the heritage corridor.
