Abstract


Tarim river basin water resources development and utilization and ecological environmental protection, not only relates to the valley their own survival and development, national unity and social stability, national defense security, but also related to the overall situation of xinjiang's current interests and long-term development. At the same time also design to the west and even the national ecological environmental problems. Along with the development of national economy and social progress, water problem increasingly attention by people. The tarim river basin water resources waste and pollution is very serious, fragile ecological environment, traffic inconvenience, information not free, the economic development speed is relatively low, the residents living standards and other area compared gap is larger, and river basin water resources management level is not high. Thus, the analysis and study of water resources management in tarim river basin legal problem has very important practical significance. This paper, from the basic situation of the tarim river basin, and combined with the reality of the tarim river basin water resources analysis of the status quo and the problems it faces, and foreign and China's river water resources management legal problems, water resources management system and how to carry out water resources management and protection of the legal system, is discussed and the rationalization proposal, the purpose is to water resources management in tarim river basin legal system must be perfected as soon as possible, so as to adapt to the reality of the social and economic development needs.
