Abstract


This article through to the "constitution", "people's congress organic law of the people's congress DaiBiaoFa" and other laws and some provinces and cities to National People's Congress and the National People's Congress on behalf of the current situation of the construction of the National People's Congress to see improve the ability of participating politics at the same time focus on the necessity of from the analysis of the current National People's Congress quality ability and the other the problems revealed the reason, how to solve the problems, to play a reference and basis for action, this paper mainly from the Angle of civilians and ideas put forward how to improve the ability of participating politics to the National People's Congress method and approach, this paper tries to improve on behalf of the resumption of the ability to find the methods to solve the problems and ways, from their own construction, the objective environment construction and other aspects of the plain puts forward some feasible countermeasures and Suggestions. In order to achieve enhanced quality especially enhance National People's Congress delegates the ability of participating politics, National People's Congress play its biggest effect, to serve the people, for the construction of a socialist harmonious society service, promote the process of democratic construction in our country.
