Visual staying phenomenon happened when people observe the rapid movement objects. Usually the sportswear in human’s eye is not static, but changing all the time. That means the sportswear in people’s eyes is not the same as the designer’s original intention.To solve this problem, the author takes tennis apparel as an example. Analyze the famous tennis players’action and extract the track of every part of the clothes in the motion space. After analyzing the track, the author proposes the new method of designing the tennis apparel by using the Physiology and Gestalt psychology. At the end of this research, it takes the designing of the famous tennis apparel to verify the validity of the method.The purpose of this paper is to change the traditional idea of designing sportswear, and make the designer to consider it in another way. As a result, we search a new design method to make the theory to diversify.
