Establish and improve teaching quality control system is to protect the quality of technical and vocational education of the important means. Monitoring the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges teaching is an important part of management. It has a direct impact on the vocational college teaching management level and the quality of teaching, fully embodies the vocational college education, teaching concepts and reflects the vocational college teaching orientation. Therefore, China’ s vocational colleges need to establish a sound education for their own position and characteristics of the internal quality control system of teaching, effectively improve the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges to promote the sustained and healthy development of building a well-off society, Building a socialist harmonious society in China.Based on total quality management theory, higher education management theory and the theory of higher education as the basis, The document study, research, analysis norms, the empirical case studies, action research, and other research methods, Detailed analysis of the vocational college teaching quality monitoring system status, problems and their causes, and on that basis, on how to build our vocational college teaching quality monitoring system has been further elaborated.
