Huang Yanpei is a modern loyal patriot, outstanding democratic revolutionary, excellent educational theorist and courageous educational practicer, the founder of modern vocational education in China. Although his life is beset with difficulties, this makes him fully understand the changed times, the world of vicissitudes. The final choice and attach of the fate shows him the time-poor, chaotic world ,heroic spirit and loyalty and patriotic zeal. This point is fully illustrated by his life experiences as from the older writer to Patriotism, new educationist, democracy fighter to "center-left" of democracy fighter. Huang Yanpei engages in vocational education for his lifetime, and forms his own unique idea of vocational education in the process of constant research and practice, and some of the management thoughts of vocational education still deserve excavating, studying and practicing.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the Introduction, including background and significance, literature review and research ideas and methods. In the second chapter, the paper is mainly about the writer’s life and the concept of education, in order to outlines the history of its vocational education background to understand its vocational education management thinking better.in the third chapter, the paper analyzes Huang Yanpei’s management thinking from his understanding about vocational education management, management agencies of vocational education, aim of Vocational Education and management, implementation policy of vocational education and management, and implementation principle of vocational education and management, from a macro perspective to sort out in the fourth chapter, the paper set up vocational schools, professional settings, curriculum management, management principals, teacher management, student management, occupational guide the management, fund management to sort out several dimensions, and strive to comprehensive, detailed analysis of its vocational schools on the theory and practice of operating. in Chapter V, the author proposes two questions, how to run the Vocational Education and what kind of person should it cultivate, and analysizes them briefly based on the summary of the full text.In this paper ,as a "National Salvation On education", Huang Yanpei did not achieve its ultimate aspiration, but in modern China as a founder of vocational education, Huang Yanpei spent all his life in the development of China, changing the traditional community - Arts light of the old ideology and improving the people’s livelihood and national productivity and blood. The thinking of Chinese vocational education and education management, which is formed in long-term educational and management practice, is a wonderful work.
