Abstract


At present our country higher education not only suffer from foreign competition pressure, and faces the domestic produce enrollment quantity and quality of the contradiction between the. Higher education quality problem has been caused by students and parents, unit of choose and employ persons, government departments, experts and scholars and the stakeholder's attention. China's higher education quality assurance system reform is imperative. This paper argues that China's higher education quality assurance system reform must draw lessons from western the successful experience of developed countries, and at the same time, combined with our country's specific domestic and international education environment, in order to "take the student as the center of the stakeholder" requirements as a starting point, "the authentication" as throughout the system dynamic mechanism, and formed a "stakeholders requirements, quality standards and regulation system, improve the quality of the school the authentication," the virtuous cycle, will the government forced promote mode into the consciousness of quality guarantee behavior. This paper adopts literature analysis, flow chart and comparative research and so on the many kinds of methods are discussed in four parts: the first part discusses the higher education quality guarantee system of the theoretical basis, The second part introduces the foreign higher education quality guarantee system of the mode and characteristics; The third part of our country's higher education quality guarantee system of the present situation to carry on the thorough analysis, The fourth part puts forward our country's higher education quality assurance system reform way.
