Abstract


Teacher initiative , enthusiasm is directly related to the school the quality of education , and teacher work initiative , the mobilization depends on the management of schools and services whether they are satisfied with . Therefore , school administrators , only on the basis of the understanding of teacher job satisfaction condition , take targeted measures to solve the problem caused dissatisfied with the class teacher , in order to mobilize their enthusiasm for work , thus enhancing the core competitiveness of the school . Nanchang several secondary school teacher teachers questionnaire , personal factors ( such as age , education, gender , job title , etc. ) to understand the class teacher job satisfaction , discover their personality traits and job satisfaction , and in accordance with the data analysis of the survey results to the secondary school managers recommendations on how the person should be taken according to the teacher 's personal circumstances , personality traits , and the status of the job satisfaction , the corresponding management measures to improve the management of secondary school teacher . Gender external satisfaction and overall satisfaction significantly influence the external male teacher satisfaction , overall satisfaction was significantly higher than the female teacher ; Age significantly affect the 31-40 age segment external satisfaction teacher outside the highest satisfaction ; educational level of inner satisfaction and overall satisfaction have a significant influence on the specialist qualifications Middle School teacher intrinsic satisfaction and overall satisfaction was significantly higher than undergraduate education teacher ; marital status affect satisfaction important factors , married alone the lowest class teacher satisfaction , unmarried teacher satisfaction highest ; work experience intrinsic satisfaction and overall satisfaction have a significant impact . The study also found that between extraversion positively predict intrinsic satisfaction ; agreeableness personality traits predict negative internal satisfaction and overall satisfaction ; non- self-disciplined personality predictor of job satisfaction has a positive ; personality trait of openness to experience positively predicted intrinsic satisfaction .
