Abstract


Teacher evaluation is to teacher's actual or potential value to judge activity. Based on Reiser Dick teaching activity theory, Keller motivation theory as the backing, performance feedback theory as the guide to action, developed a set based on learning theory, in order to promote teachers' professional development for the purpose of teacher performance feedback tools. This tool is mainly includes four parts: the key teaching event feedback form - teacher edition, the key teaching event feedback form - XueShengBan, students' learning interest questionnaire and performance feedback bag. The author invited M network college four young English teachers and students to participate in class's and grade's professor implemented this tool. In the process, the author of the teachers and students to fill in this questionnaire are analyzed, and the corresponding data in the correct performance feedback bag, is to participate in the teacher. Four teachers agree that this feedback is very realistic significance. Most of the students think that this tool to improve their learning and teachers to improve the teaching method is important; And these students, there are 68% of people think that it is necessary to get the tool to promote application of other subjects. This research has experience, for the school and education training institutions developing teacher evaluation system establishment will have a positive impact.
