Non-invasive detection of blood glucose concentration using near infrared spectroscopy , spectral vulnerable to the impact of changes in physiological conditions and external interference , as the internal reference spectral correction is a better solution to the optical signal of the reference wave strengths . This study the existence of the the glucose reference wavelength under the conditions of the diffuse reflection characteristics , and use of the reference wavelength spectral correction effect. Papers based on diffuse reflectance of light in biological tissue transfer theory , the theoretical derivation of the presence of the reference wavelength characteristics under conditions of diffuse reflectance . Turbid medium intralipid solution object of study, the theoretical calculation of the glucose concentration of 10% and 20% under the conditions of the diffuse reflection of the intralipid solution in the reference wavelength , and by the Monte Carlo method to conduct simulation , the results of both the results of the experimental system of diffuse reflectance measurements compared , the results indicate that the three basic agreement , 1567nm and 1556 nm the glucose reference wavelength point . The absorption coefficient , scattering coefficient , temperature , and radial detection distance of the point of reference wavelength . The results show that , with the absorption coefficient of the increase of the reference wavelength point is moved to the longer wavelength direction ; With the increase of the scattering coefficient , the reference wavelength point is moved in the short wavelength direction ; reference wavelength is not substantially changed with the temperature changes ; With Path to detect the distance increases , the reference wavelength moves to the long wavelength direction . Human interference factors , non-invasive blood glucose testing using simulation analysis and experimental verification of the predicted effects of the the reference wavelength spectral correction theory based on the glucose concentration in the diffuse reflectance conditions . Intralipid solution to a concentration of 20% , for example , the diffuse reflectance spectra measured under different concentrations of sugar using original spectrum Unamended respectively , buckle adjacent the spectrum after the correction of the background spectra and reference wavelength method model glucose concentration prediction . The simulation and experimental results show that under the conditions of the diffuse reflection , the application reference wavelength method for spectral correction modeling than the original data modeling prediction accuracy of 56.51% and 33.84 % respectively .
