Abstract


With the rapid economic development, touch screen technology was progressed with each passing day. Because of high resistance, high transparency and supporting multi-touch, projected capacitive touch-screens have progressively reached for major markets. In this thesis, two types of traditional structures (cover+ function pieces) of projected capacitive touch-screen were discussed. Two types of new structures (to make functional films on the back of cover piece directly) of projected capacitive touch-screen were given and specially focused. And so on, this thesis presented and analyzed the characteristics of each type in detail. The resuit of experiments shows the performance of the touch screen was improved.
