Abstract


With the increasing requirements of modern grouting , grouting automatic control system of high-performance increasingly urgent demands . Automatic Filling control system constituted by the sensor, controller , piston pump and the throttle , and complex control in order to achieve the flow and pressure of the filling hole slurry injected into the system by adjusting the the plunger pump rotational speed and the throttle opening degree . Because the the grouting system itself large inertia lags , slurry flow rate and pressure of the grouting hole and there is strong coupling relationship , so make the slurry grouting hole pressure is always to meet the the grouting design requirements very difficult . This article describes the automatic filling system work , and Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering , discusses the background of the application of the automatic filling system , domestic and foreign research status and technology trends ; propose a high-performance smart grouting control the overall design of the system and control system in the main part of its characteristics ; major analysis of the grouting system pressure , flow rate variation and its impact on the requirements of the sensor system is proposed to adapt to the physical parameters of grout holes slurry detection sensor design structure and acquisition accuracy ; study on the the grouting system 's pressure - flow coupling control algorithm , on the basis of analysis of the inflow the grout holes slurry pressure - flow coupling model proposed for based on fuzzy PID control algorithm ; use in the harsh the grouting environment under the controller hardware design , the use of a distributed control system to meet the requirements of the grouting system , on-site data acquisition and real-time control by the master controller of the built-in memory , hand-held control by a S3C2440 multimedia processor monitoring data and run the set , the CAN network connection between two modules for data exchange ; experimental test of the control system , and summarizes the research experience and development direction for further research .
