With the rapid development of modern science and technology , the traditional color measurement instrument can no longer meet the current needs of the development . Research , applications of spectral color measurement instrument miniaturization, speed , high precision , easy to use , cost-effective high - higher demands . Therefore, the purpose of this project is to research easy to use high-speed high-precision spectrophotometer . The design of this project and implementation of a high-speed high-precision spectral color measurement system based on USB2.0 . Emerging pulsed xenon lamp as the light source of lighting ; CMOS linear image sensor , high precision photoelectric signal conversion ; spectrophotometric module intends to adopt existing mature products . Detailed design of a part of its core - integrated USB 2.0 communication interface of the EZ-USB FX2 as a the master chip spectral data acquisition system , a fast and accurate spectral data acquisition , while the system has a and easy secondary development , cost-effective plug-and-play features . Based on the content of the research , the paper first introduces the development status of the spectrophotometer works , elaborated on this basis the overall design of the system , through standard lighting module , spectral module , electronic circuit module , data processing module , the system is connected the five aspects of the program specific system composition and the way to achieve ; then detailed the last USB2.0 interface technology spectrum data acquisition system , including hardware design , firmware design , device driver design and host computer software design ; spectral data processing module design . Spectral color measurement system design is completed , and laid the foundation for the eventual realization of the high-speed high-precision spectrophotometer .
