With the rapid development of sensor applications technology , multi-CPU applications technology continues to improve . Continuously improve the integration of the single-chip microprocessor , continuously enhance the functionality , continue to lower the price at the same time , the use of multi-microprocessor smart detection system has become possible . This article focuses on a single-chip dual-CPU heat load instrumentation systems . The heat load meter for the heat load of the cooling water flows through the Stave monitor to get the blast furnace internal running state . This paper focuses on the system flow rate , temperature measurement principle and the research process , the structure of the instrument , the measurement circuit and software design made ??a detailed introduction, and the online monitoring system based on the heat load of the heat load instrument design and upper described the design and development of computer software .
