Abstract

The piped batching interface optical detection method having a high measurement sensitivity and to achieve the advantages of convenience, safety and environmental protection , etc. , to solve the density method similar densities oil difficult to detect the problem , to make up for the capacitance method is not the difference in their permittivity oil product defect detection , to avoid environmental pollution brought about by the fluorescence method, the radiation law to adapt to the conditions of our country need new means of detection . Paper design a batching interface optical detection system having a new precision piped batching interface and outputs the waveform is detected by measuring the reflected light intensity , is the measurement principle is generated when the interface reflection and refraction through the light incident The refractive index is proportional to the light intensity measured oil to refined oil interface detection . Using a light source to provide the system stability in the input light intensity ; photodiode so that the reflected light intensity is converted into electrical signals to facilitate the analysis process and its peripheral circuits ; thermostat module system environment temperature control , to prevent the light output due to temperature is so high that the intensity larger drift ; using data acquisition card (DAQ) detection photoelectric conversion signal acquisition and conditioning ; Lab VIEW software design of man-machine interface for the system . After repeated experiments, the selected material and structure of suitable sensors , to obtain a the ideal interface detected waveform . The design is more reasonable to achieve the purpose of accurate detection of refined oil contaminated interface , the basic completion of the design requirements , the measurement results were satisfactory .
