Abstract


With the gradual improvement of the internal data network technology and application capabilities , security becomes more important. Start from the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) , focusing on the SNMP protocol specific protocol data unit , the structure analysis of the Abstract Syntax Notation One , as well as the Management Information Base (MIB) . On this basis , drawing on an idea of an SNMP - based network management and monitoring system . The system model based on the SNMP protocol M IB library access and user monitoring . In this paper, a brief overview of the SNMP protocol and network management information base and monitoring system model , WinSNMP AP I realized SNMP-based M IB library access and monitor the system model , to further the implementation of the network management functions .
