The Internet has become an important way for the exchange of information today . Due to the rapid development of the network computing power and communication technology , the emergence of a large number of new applications that need more support network functions , such as multimedia conferencing , distance education , webcasts , data replication , webcast , online games . The increased demand of such applications means that on group communication mode . In the face of these new practical applications have been proposed application layer multicast technology . It inherited the the multicast transmission characteristics , such as bandwidth savings , fast, and can also be transmitted from the dependence on the underlying network upgrade . The application layer multicast can achieve a wide range of multicast communication . Streaming as an application layer multicast applications require the receiving end of the information within a delay to allow to ensure low-latency streaming key is to build the minimum delay application-layer multicast algorithm . Secondly , taking into account the similarity of the network within a certain range and node degree balanced distribution problems , multicast tree node degree constraint , which simplifies network heterogeneity arising complexity. In this paper, a single source based on the K -tree spanning tree multicast model and application layer multicast protocols . Based on the above two factors , the agreement is based on the delay and the degree of constraint .
