Abstract


This paper studies for CBIR technology , Web search engines and MMS technology background, to build a mobile performance objective content-based Web search engine can use MMS information retrieval system design for content-based retrieval . The paper described the progress of the CBIR technology network applications research , analysis and development of multimedia mobile phone business expansion introduces the related basic concepts of CBIR , summed up the matching algorithm based on the characteristics of the content and features of the index method , and is given for the system LSH index . On this basis , this in-depth study of CBIR, the search engine as well as MMS system structure , from the concrete reality of China Mobile SP designed MM7 the API for the wireless interface , PC machine for search engine terminal server multimedia mobile phone as a wireless retrieval system design platform . The concrete realization of part of the introduction of the the ASP.NET languages ??, and SPIDER the principles of Internet user interface to retrieve images network upload section to achieve .
