In order to carry out the existing system of HIS of the electronics medical history system and hospitals to combine, carry out the share of information inside the hospital and hand over with each other, we will constuct two datas to connect, obtaining the information in the database contents is synchronous, from the system of HIS necessary information; Same, in order to carry out the electronics medical history system and examine and check the system to connect, for deliver the examination, check claim and result the information provides the convenience, we will constuct the system of LIS to connect. Integrate other information systems, can raise the work efficiency of the medical personnel and the diagnosis and treatment quantity of the patients availably, attain fast fluxion that clinical information flow.The paper combines author’s working experience of the hospital and requirement for information-based development, mainly around the systematic design and realizing, the data recommending the system to be strong excavate and storage function, complete doctor’s order management, detailed daily record record, reasonable authority assign, intelligent network load content of such as being balanced.
