The appearance of Java language are accommodation the development demand of infortech,and can make use of the existing resources of business enterprise effectivel,boosting information construct of business enterprise. Recent information publish system have not only stayon simple information published,but are passing through the stage transition with the associated of integrated services,from the information collect,information handles to full term of information published and alternating relating all target and element (user,equipments,information resource etc.) to carry on the system of management.The information of system pubilished are great,many types,multifomity originstem from and handles process complexity.The oilfield development and production information are basic on the model of WEB to implement communication and share of between data of isomery computer,network,database,resolving the problem of amount of production control of Daqing oil production plant’s doublication increase,and administer difficulty gradually complex .In order to accordance the development of the modern business enterprise in information-based society,how to management the information on time,high efficiency manage information,published information,dredge and reasonably utilize information are becoming the important topic of net information publish,manage system to resolve.Based on the static data published of document type having the defect of maintenance difficulty,Web Site correcting working capacity great,unfavorably manage and use of great information.But the Web are the dynamic information publish system,which is proceed centralized management of request variational information on net (novelty published,trade dynamics etc),and this is a net application program by classified some information community,at last systemize,standardization published on Web Site.Information are joined database by a simple operation interface, then published to the Web Site by existing web page form board and examine flow chart.Its appearance easing greatly the amount of Web renewal and maintenance,by using the web database,simplifing the Web Site renewal and maintenanceto only need enter letter and pass on picture,which speed up Web site renewal speed Various common information resource are integrated by database,united manage,backs customize,information published platform model of centrlize published are becoming application main aspect.It became the probability to make the enterprise establishing dynamic,interactive mode,visualization,cross platform and even intelligent form’s enterprise information manage and published platform .We used the communication method between Applet and Servlet,resolving the safety problem of Applet interview database,using two dimension butting detect system,optimize least square method technique etc.to optimize the program’s convergency function,curvic fitting,during the design and implement ,sumed up and inherited the existing theory research and practical system development experience,simultaneously adopt present update Internet application development technique,developed a used easily net information published system development platform.Developed and designed the system of oilfield development and production enterprise information dynimics published. The system can reflection the enterprise production condition and the dynimics and static information on production control,altered the method of handwork delivering static figure and production datum in the past,which made the production inform and basic data with figure method,dynamic’s alternating form on highly share on net,making the production data and manage inform of published on net are more proper,favoring advanced use effectiveness of data ,and come to the goal of ease work intensity ,raising work efficiency. Business administration and technical personnel can look the production information on Desktop actual time,and can command and decision on time,raising computation level during production management ,thereby implement the optimization allocate of enterprise resources,completely rasing enterprise’s economic benefit.Particularly containing great oilfield development information and production management information on oil withdrawal plant of daily production management,since the restraint of isomery net,isomery database,greatly amount of information,inquire and manage factor etc.making seriously affect on application,information flow,share etc,simultaneously the production each part of production plant urgently require a system of graphic information publish system of inform entir,exactand quick.The public system of oilfield development and production are resolved these problems. The paper are refered the educational practice,adopted facing object method analyse,designand implement a system of dynimic inform public based on JAVA. The paper completed are maily work as follows:①The paper are researched the correlation theory of dynimic WEB technique,principle of design and analytic method ,introducing the process relating to main technique and tools on development and implement a dynamics Web information publish system,analyzing the JAVA development tool’s advantages and characteristics.②Three layers system structure are the development direction of information publish system,having very strong dependabili,flexibility and maintainability,the performance are outstanding.The paper are in deep study the three layers system structure and its advanced and flexibility.
