Website construction based on the work of personnel training needs of vocational colleges system research and design , and the assessment data acquisition platform design and implementation . This paper first introduces the status quo of the current assessment to carry out the training level in vocational colleges , the meaning and mission of the analysis based on the work of personnel training needs of development and construction site , develop the website functionality modules , make a needs analysis .
