Studied both from the theoretical and experimental analysis , research and education with the dynamic characteristics of the moving parts of the vibration measurement system analysis , hardware system design , control algorithm and its key technical issues . Specific content : The first chapter introduces the development status quo and development trend of the shaking table at home and abroad , pointing out the difficulty of shaking table developed , and the significance of the development of research and education with vibration measurement system and the need to address the problem , and finally gives the main contents of this paper . The second chapter analyzes the research and education with the dynamics of the shaking table of the problems encountered in the design of the moving parts of the shaking table and the corresponding solutions , and the use of finite element modeling of moving parts , and dynamic analysis . The third chapter analyzes the research and education composed of the vibration sets of hardware , can achieve a variety of software IPC system control functions as well as shaking table amplifier drive system with self- protection function , and the actual hardware design and improvement . The fourth chapter analyzes the shaking table control software requirements , constant frequency sweep , random control technology , as well as PID control algorithm based on system identification , and software design . CHAPTER analysis of the low frequency band characteristics prone to waveform distortion vibration table , the low frequency band of the new algorithm , the control system of shaking table band experimental analysis . Chapter 6 analyzes the data results of the shaking table summarizes some research of this topic , and further study of the prospect .
