Recent years, with the video surveillance system to keep the development of digital and intelligent , smart monitoring technology has attracted the attention of more and more domestic and foreign firms and scholars and conducted a series of studies . With the progress of time , this technology has also been developed , intelligent monitoring has broad application prospects in the future is bound to bring huge economic benefits for the community . The main topic focused on the study of intelligent monitoring system based on the walking track , the implementation of intelligent monitoring wandering in a particular scene and retention of staff , the entire structure of the monitoring system by moving target detection , moving target tracking , and based on the walking track the abnormal behavior discriminant three modules , the system can effectively solve the defects of the existing labor monitoring system , competent intelligent monitoring unattended . This paper first introduces the current state of affairs at home and abroad in the key technologies for intelligent monitoring system status and development trend , and the analysis of the application of video surveillance . Then , moving target detection and extraction in the static background , using the weighted average method of background subtraction method and the time difference method for moving object detection to extract more precise movement of the body contour . Moving target tracking research , based on the analysis of the existing tracking method using a moving target tracking algorithm suitable for the system , the use of an external moving target rectangle real-time tracking of moving objects in the scene . On the basis of the detection and tracking of human motion information , discussion and people walking track , focused on a closed curve and spiral both linear and proposed a whole new kind of abnormal behavior of tracks recognition method , the method first detection of the moving body using the background subtraction method and the weighted average time difference method of target detection method to determine whether a person is suspicious , and then through the tracking and recording of the traveling locus of the human through the experimental results show that , the method proposed in this paper has a certain degree of reliability and robustness , but also has good real-time performance .
