Abstract


With the fast development of economy, the agricultural land is reducing faster, farmer’s interests can not be ensured and farmer’s enthusiasm is dropping. Under such background, the government will carry on the agricultural land evaluate completely, set up the technical standard system of our country’s agricultural land evaluate.In this paper the improvement of precision on the foundation of studying various analysis model has been carried out, buffering area and separation district further, for the analysis of buffering area, a proliferation analysis model has been put forward, a separation district analysis is joined for the first time, has been put forward the proliferation source moving, a surplus radius proliferation algorithm and minimum route algorithm. The factor-factor is determined by means of the level analysis model, the grey relation model and the delphy model; the fuzzy mathematics evaluating method model is applied in agricultural land Evaluate in actual analysis. Based on this, by using MapX and Visual Basic, integration system is developed, and agricultural land evaluate information system is implemented.Pilot work of evaluating through the agricultural land (Tangyin county of Anyang of Henan Province), Agricultural Land Evaluate Information System has been used, proves there are very good stabilities and haleness in the system. Analyzing in the separating area need to be further improved.
