The rapid development of the telecom industry requires a high level of network management for telecommunications . Well-designed telecommunications management network TMN ( Telecommunications management network , telecommunications management network) can simplify the management model of multi-vendor hybrid network environment , reduce the cost of telecom operators , is of great significance to the development of the telecom companies , telecommunications management network is not only depending on the hardware architecture , and more depending on the system software architecture . This work is proposed UEMC (Union Equipment Management Center , the framework of the Unified Device Management Center ) system architecture , and on this basis a detailed introduction to the design and implementation of the management subsystem UEMC system command . Combination of commands to manage the actual needs of the subsystems in the overall framework of the command management subsystem design , from the point of view of the design pattern of using the factory design pattern and reflection mechanism combining dynamic factory pattern ; and in the original system format table file analysis based on practical experience to draw on XML technology in software design , especially the successful application in the field of telecommunications software , XML technology is applied to the command management subsystem , so that the future for different equipment , different management functions application systems can be very flexible and fast to complete the development in its top , to reduce the costs of maintenance and re - development of a unified network management system . Finally , the system has the advantage of UEMC and inadequacies were analyzed at the same time make the outlook on its prospects .
