In this paper, the China Postal Savings Bank 95580 telephone banking system and Fuzhou Post 11185 Call Center system requirements, design and development based VoIP call center telephone banking system . This paper first introduces the development status quo and the status quo of the development of VoIP technology for telephone banking and its application in the field of telephone banking , followed by in-depth analysis of the H.323 protocol and open-source project PWlib, OpenH323 code ; thus designed to VoIP calls center core telephone banking system ; then describe the the the IVR design goals and IVR software architecture , given the IVR finite state machine model , and the introduction of Microsoft's speech recognition and speech synthesis technology , so as to realize the IVR system ; in open source projects the GNU Gatekeeper on the basis of this paper to achieve the four call distribution algorithm the VIP queuing policy and blacklist strategy , and they are embedded GNU Gatekeeper , in order to achieve a complete call management ; describes the basic functions and design goals of the agent program , agent soft phone for the C / S mode , finite state machine model describes the system , and gives the seats for the B / S mode soft phone , based on the state design pattern implementations , describe its hierarchy , and introduced the softphone functionality ActiveX control design and implementation; final system testing , and the test results are analyzed and summarized .
