With the continuous development of embedded systems technology , all kinds of embedded applications are increasingly high requirements on the man-machine interface , which makes more and more pressing needs of embedded graphical user interface , an embedded graphics the window system and graphical programming interface to become an indispensable part . This prompted us to study how to design and implement a graphical user interface for embedded systems . Through the analysis and comparison of the related research projects at home and abroad , on this basis , the researchers embedded graphical user interface system structure , display drivers , multitasking support , object-oriented technology, applications , windows and desktop management technology . In this paper, the research and development of graphical user interface support system GUI Tools using object-oriented design thinking and modular design method focuses on the message based on the message loop and event-driven mechanism , the module , the control layer , window management , graphics device interface , and the concrete realization of the important elements timer , to provide users with a fully functional user programming interface . Finally, the paper work is summarized , and future direction of the follow-up research .
