The optimal alignment of multi-source sensor technology will obtain the same scene at different times , different sensors or different perspectives of two or more images match the image processing is a basic problem in image processing . This paper focuses on the multi-sensor optimal alignment field - time to match the spatial matching, depth image matching system . Space match and time match is correct the sensor itself , the work must be done before practical applications in image matching and integration . Spatial registration , often using the maximum likelihood function method , UKF ( Unscented Kalman Filter) filter method , information entropy method to achieve registration . I bring together previous work and combing exposition of the science system and research in this area . Highlights the geometric correction method . Experiments show that the use of this method for fast registration of multi - source sensor able to achieve the desired results . Time alignment , is synchronized to the same time will be based on the measurement information of each of the sensors are not synchronized in the same target . I in the previous algorithm based on Lagrange interpolation method with adaptive α-β tracking algorithm combining the improved algorithm . The experiment proved that a better registration accuracy and speed . The feature-based image registration method of image registration The most common method is one of the biggest advantages is that the entire image will be a variety of analysis into the analysis of the image feature (feature points , the characteristic curve , etc.) , which greatly reduces the amount of computation of the image processing procedure . The accuracy of the feature extraction and positioning accuracy of the entire registration process will have a huge impact . In this paper, analysis of the existing feature extraction methods , focus on the application of edge features in the field of Scene Matching Guidance , improved Hausdorff distance based feature extraction and combination of wavelet multi-scale transform method . The tests have shown that the high rate of completion of the high-precision image registration . Finally, a summary of this work , and multi-source sensor prospective areas still need in-depth study of the optimal assignment prospect .
