Abstract


The eye-tracking technology is considered to be the most effective means of visual information processing research , attract the general concern of the field of psychology , ergonomics and computer science . The results of their research has been widely used in industrial, commercial and military . The paper first discusses the theoretical basis of the eye-tracking . Then , combined with the eye-tracking system based on various existing eye-tracking technology to explore the practical guidelines for pupil - cornea reflection vector method based eye -tracking technology to do the in-depth study . Ray methods and stretch out the positioning of the pupil outline feature points by a detailed discussion of the various implementations of the method of positioning of the center of the pupil , the study results show that this method significantly reduces the amount of data processing required , and improved compared poor starting point for guessing the robustness of the algorithm in the case ; followed by the simulation and analysis show that the algorithm can quickly converge in the number of available feature points detected dominant . As the eye-tracking high requirements for real-time and accurate analysis of the limitations of the general method of least squares , in view of the characteristics of the random sample consistency principle feature point detection algorithm , the paper proposes a line based on random samples the nature of the pupil center location method, the biggest advantage of the method is to improve the speed of operation , and can maintain high accuracy . The simulation results show that face up positioning relative error of 0.53% , when viewed from positioning relative error of 0.76% , and the algorithm is time - consuming RANSAC algorithm only 0.3203 . In addition, positioning shielded state pupil center simulation analysis , to verify the performance of the algorithm .
