In this paper, the foreign developed railway traffic safety security technology development and current situation of our country , and the urgent need to establish a comprehensive security monitoring system . Because of railway safety monitoring system requires a full range of all types of railway safety factors to take control and manage the construction of the system is extremely complex , and can refer to in our country there is no precedent . Typical integrated system under the guidance of the characteristics of railway safety monitoring system , the paper proposes a six-story open the integrated architecture --OIA/RSCMCS ( OpenIntegration Architecture of Railway Safety , Comprehensive , the Monitor and ControlSystem railway safety monitoring system open integration architecture ) , and a detailed description of the layers of function definitions and technology to achieve , given the advantages of this hierarchical structure theoretically . Semantic description of the service specification , examined the issue of interoperability for different implementations of technology services , a generic service agent mode and service portfolio is divided into isomorphic combinations and heterogeneous portfolio of services , proposed the service portfolio optimization algorithm . Finally , this paper presents an integrated architecture instance - the Qinghai-Tibet railway safety monitoring system . From the source and background of the project , analyzes the security monitoring business needs , and is based on earlier research to determine the system design and implementation . Thus verify the OIA / RSCMCS technical feasibility .
