Abstract


Intelligent Transportation System (Intelligent Transportation Systems, ITS) is the direction of today's world of urban traffic management modernization. It is the application of modern information technology, communication technology, computer technology and intelligent optimization technology to solve the urban traffic congestion, improve traffic safety, improve operational efficiency, an effective way to reduce air pollution and other problems. With China's rapid social and economic development in recent years, China's largest city motor vehicle ownership rapid increase in road traffic demand is high growth, traffic congestion and parking is difficult \less the number of motor vehicle parking, low level of modern management, the face of the rapid increase in motor vehicle ownership, the more overwhelmed. So ITS system, speed up the research and development of our city has a very important practical significance. Urban Parking Guidance System is an important part of urban ITS system, in many foreign cities were different levels of development of the parking guidance system, the application of research results show that the parking guidance system can improve the utilization of parking facilities, and the convenience of motorists member of parking, road traffic congestion and parking problems can be a considerable improvement. The construction of China's urban parking guidance system is in an important period of development, how to learn from foreign experience based on combining the characteristics of China's urban transportation development, parking guidance system research and development of China's major cities, we are faced with an important tasks. The thesis level research projects in Beijing Central Business District (CBD), parking guidance information system research and development \Paper based on detailed analysis of the research status and development trend of China's actual analysis of the construction of the overall framework of the parking guidance system of China's large cities and functional structure, and analyzed for functional modules of four major subsystems . Parking guidance system, parking information is the core of the entire system and key, so the focus of this article is parking guidance system of information dissemination methods and induction of screen layout optimization method depth study. Based partition thinking three induced release strategy based on the analysis of influencing factors released parking information; based on the analysis of the basic principles laid Parking Guidance screen and displayed hanging way requirements, in given the structure of the road network and parking space distribution conditions, formulate the parking guidance screen layout optimization method for solving the optimization problem for the complex's parking guidance screen laid to build the model, and in-depth discussions on genetic algorithm solving model. Finally, the actual development of the Beijing CBD area parking guidance information system, for example, the design of the parking guidance system-specific induction of screen example. And a simulation example specific application process to further optimize the effectiveness of the model based on genetic algorithms Parking Guidance screen layout. The research results provide for the development of the actual system theory and method basis.
