Abstract


In today's telecom enterprise vigorous development, Telecommunications Management Network (Telecommunications Management Network, TMN) as a common international pattern of the telecom Management Network architecture, Network Management system has been more and more adopted in practice. TMN have put forward a series of specifications, technical specifications, interface specifications and management provides a blueprint for the development of the network management system and the basis. In this paper, according to the object-oriented design concept, in xi 'an datang telecom UEMC unified network management platform, on the basis of the offer and realizes a completely based on TMN architecture of fault management in the relevant specification, can adapt to different types of network elements, equipment of public management system. This system adopts J2EE architecture method, extract the public characteristics of all kinds of equipment network elements, and give full consideration to the specific equipment requirements, formed a highly scalable fault management framework, based on the framework just finishing the development of specific requirements for equipment parts, all fault management function can be realized.
