Abstract


Corrugated board is widely used in the transportation packaging. The main advantages are lightness, compression resistance, better buffer performance, friendly to environment and recyclability.In 2009 , China’s corrugated box output ranked second in the world. In 2010,our country corrugated box output will leap to first place in the world hopefully, becomes the corrugated box“the large nation”. But“the large nation”is not“the powerful nation”, specially the per-capita consumption and the quality of the product, comparing with the developed country, also have the big disparity.In terms of the quality of the product, its design quality and the production level need further improved. The bottle-neck of corrugated board matching paper design was that the design criterion isn’t mature. The reasonable solution of corrugated board matching paper design can save resources form the source,reduce costs, improve product quality and efficiency and so on. Thus the design of corrugated board matching paper design has become the key to corrugated box industry success.This paper improving the principle of corrugated board matching paper design,according to the parameters of the newly revised four national standards and the appropriate strength calculation formulars, establishing the design processes of corruaged board matching paper design, verifying the reliability of design flow of corrugated board matching paper design, the test results show good agreement with the calculation. The results show that the design flow of corrugated board matching paper design has certain reliability, completed the corrugated board matching paper design database establishment. There are the following conclusions through this papert.1.Improving the principle of corrugated board matching paper design can provide theoretical basis for the filter of establishing the design processes of corrugated board matching paper design. 2.Establishing the design processes of corruaged board matching paper design, can provide the theoretical design method for the corrugated board designer.3.Proposing the method of selecting liner board by corrugating medium to make up the blank of our country.4.Finishing the establishment of corrugated board matching paper design database , can provide convenient, efficient and accurate design scheme for corrugated board designers.5.This paper uses two examples demonstrate the design processes of corruaged board matching paper design, provides the samples for designer.The research results of this paper lay the foundation for the corrugated box design software system’s establishment, provide the reliable theory safeguard,realize the efficient and accurate design scheme for enterprise.
