The economic globalization has changed the business model of the world , people can no longer traditional commercial activities . Get rid of poverty and backwardness in the past , China plays an increasingly important role in the world economy . More and more Chinese enterprises to explore overseas markets . However , multinational companies often need to face the the parent culture distinct cultural environment . In most cases , the business environment depends on the cultural environment . Therefore , it is familiar with cross-cultural transnational business strategy is very important . In this thesis, cross - cultural strategies in international operations , to conducting international operations for international business people to understand cultural differences , and develop cultural strategy provides some suggestions ; , it is also proposed to overcome cultural barriers in international operations and techniques . This paper first reviews the cultural theory and the theory of multinational operations , and provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of cross-cultural strategies in multinational operations . Subsequently, through case analysis , the strategy of cross-cultural analysis of the following areas : cross-cultural human resources strategy , cross-cultural training strategy , cross cultural product strategy , cross- cultural advertising strategies and cross-cultural negotiation strategy . Finally, the paper points out the limitations of the study and recommendations for future research .
