Abstract


Knowledge economy , information and knowledge is the driving force most business forward , while training is often to provide information , knowledge and skills related to an important way to become a business development and strategic requirements. The staff training as an investment , companies are increasingly concerned about the economic value of employee training , companies are willing to also need to evaluate the effectiveness of training . New business development in the oil situation, how to improve the efficiency of training to achieve the desired training effect , promote the training of management level, the implementation of training effectiveness assessment is especially important. Evaluate the effectiveness of training the core issue is to assess the issue of indicators , to build a scientific and rational , comprehensive hierarchical oilfield corporate staff training effect evaluation index system , and proposed various indicators related to data collection and quantitative methods , to further improve the oilfield employees training effectiveness evaluation of the key. At present , domestic and foreign experts and scholars in general, the effect of training assessment model has achieved fruitful results, but in the training effectiveness evaluation index system aspects , there is no systematic theory. And the past, but from the general sense to assess the effect of the training , and not for the oil companies to study the characteristics . This article uses literature, research, systematic approach and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study the field of corporate staff training effect evaluation index system . Firstly, staff training effectiveness evaluation of domestic and foreign research results were reviewed and analyzed the training effect evaluation of trends ; Then through research , describes the status of Shengli Oilfield, staff training , especially impact assessment aspects of the situation , and focus on analyzing assess the effect of the oil companies lack the reason ; followed by the already existing training effectiveness evaluation index system , combined with the characteristics of corporate training field , innovative oil companies to establish a set of suitable training effect evaluation index system , and proposed the indicators and quantitative data collection methods ; Finally, according to research, draw conclusions .
