Abstract


Finance is a corporate central nervous system, is the focus of a variety of interests , financial management system is one of the core of corporate governance , corporate finance is an important part of management , financial activities of the enterprise plays a leading , promoting and facilitating role . Adapt to the development needs of enterprises to build financial management system , so that the effective operation of the enterprise survival and development of great significance. This paper studies the university industry - in large stone holding company 's financial management system. Stone on the financial management of a large holding company status and problems are analyzed, analysts believe that the stone large holding companies existing financial management system is not perfect, does not fully meet the business development of the Group .
