Abstract


In today's global economic integration , cross-border investment has become China's private enterprises in the new business development and full of opportunities for development, how to avoid the problem of cross-border investment risk has become China's private enterprises in the cross-border investment management process can not be avoided but also to efforts to resolve the key issues. At present, there are many private enterprises to avoid the risk of cross-border investment shortfall, restricts foreign investment in China's private enterprises further development . So as soon worked out a targeted approach to avoid the risk of cross-border investment is particularly important. In this paper, based on the theory of financial management , with reference to a number of other private enterprises to multinational investment experience and lessons targeted mining companies on cross-border investments Tianbao some suggestions . The results show that : Although Tianbao mining companies in cross-border investment process encountered some investment risks. But to find out if the targeted enterprises are facing specific investment risks , and on this basis to further analyze the reasons for the formation of risk in the investment process to effectively circumvent and prevention, we can reduce the risk of foreign investment . In this paper, China's private enterprises in the market economy developed investment activities carried out in developing countries have a certain reference value.
