Abstract


Modern and affluent rural areas and farmers is a key comprehensively building a well-off society in China , construction of rural agricultural information , and be able to quickly change the traditional agricultural farmers' access to agricultural science and technology information and costs, broaden their horizons and increase the possibility of participation in market activities . Long and ancient history of China traditional agriculture to create brilliant achievements of civilization , but falling behind in modern China all aspects . In the face of new information revolution , the more pronounced this backward rural information become a gulf cross in front of China 's rural and agricultural . After a comprehensive analysis of the basic condition of the agricultural information and the major difficulties faced by the market that can not in the current rural spontaneous form an effective market demand for agricultural information in a short period of time , China 's government departments should be in current play a leading role in promoting agricultural information . The key to further promote the agricultural information at the grassroots level in rural areas of agricultural information technology research foundation already has , should focus on rural areas in the further promotion of agricultural information . Full attention to the information on the application of skills training of the farmers is the focus of China's rural agricultural information work , information technology is a social system engineering , is a process that involves all aspects of complex projects . Farmers with basic information technology knowledge and skills to make the majority of the applications target the main focus in the realities of the present, China .
